Refund and Return Policy

  1. No Refunds
    Once payment is initiated for any services provided by TRIS, it is considered final and non-refundable. By making a payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy. This policy is in place to ensure that our resources are allocated effectively and our services remain efficient.
  2. Understanding the Policy
    The Client agrees that, upon acceptance of the service agreement and initiation of payment, they forfeit the right to request a refund for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the services rendered.
  3. Service Completion
    All services provided by TRIS are considered completed upon delivery of the final product or service as outlined in the service agreement. The Client acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the work delivered.
  4. Cancellation Fees
    For Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) or other retainer packages paid on a monthly or quarterly basis but governed by a yearly contract:
    • If the Client chooses to terminate the agreement prior to the end of the contract term, the Client will be liable to pay 50% of the annual commitment as cancellation fees.
    • In any case where a project is canceled prematurely, applicable cancellation fees will be determined based on the work completed and the remaining scope of the project.
  5. Acknowledgment of Terms
    By engaging with our services, the Client agrees to these terms and acknowledges that they have read and understood this Refund Policy. It is the responsibility of the Client to review all service agreements and confirm their satisfaction with the proposed services before payment is made.
  6. Changes to the Refund Policy
    TRIS reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business practices. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
  7. Limitation of Liability
    TRIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s use of our services. By engaging with our services and acknowledging this Refund Policy, the Client agrees to hold TRIS harmless from any claims or damages arising from the services provided.
  8. Governing Law
    This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
